How We Serve

Here are a few ways we are helping our community:

Project Vision

We help provide vision screening, eye exams and eyeglasses for children in the Westville School District. If you have a child in need, please fill out the form here.

Used Eyeglasses

We will recycle your old eyeglasses by donating them to people in developing countries who need glasses, but can’t get them. If you have replaced your glasses because they no longer fit your prescription or personal style, donate them to the Lions Club. Recycle drop boxes are conveniently located at the following locations: Westville Public Library & Westville American Legion.

Scholarships

The Westville Lions Club has established a scholarship fund to provide a number of one-time grants to deserving high school graduates from Westville. These scholarships are awarded each year to one male and one female based on community service, scholastic achievement, leadership, extra curricular participation and character of the applicants.

Donations

In 2023, The Westville Lions Club has given donations to many fellow non-profit organizations - such as the Westville Recreational League, Westville Youth Football, The Westville American Legion (to assist with holiday meals), WHS Golf Team, Russell Lodge, Leader Dogs for the Blind, and Santa’s Anonymous. We feel privileged to be able to assist so many of our fellow community focused groups to help make Westville a safe and inviting place to call home!
