2025 Westville Labor Day Craft Vendor 10x10
1. As a vendor I understand I must be fully set up by 10 am Saturday, August 30th, 2025. I understand that I must remain set up and open each day until 7pm unless approved to shut down early by a Lions Club member. This is with the exception of Monday, Sept 1st – shut down is 4pm.
2. I understand that I may not sell the following items in my booth due to carnival exclusivity – novelty items such as - silly string, hair dye, fireworks, snap-pops, stink bombs, and other similar merchandise. We reserve the right to request similar items be removed from your booth as we see fit per carnival guidelines.
3. The Westville Lions Club, Zamberletti Park, the Village of Westville, or any connected entities assume no responsibility for theft, or any damages that may occur due to storm or other incident.
4. I understand that my vendor fee for my space must be paid by August 1, 2025 to secure my spot. I understand that if my fee is not paid, another vendor may be allowed in my place. There will be no exception for late vendor fees this year.
5. All products will be displayed in a clean and safe manner.
6. Vendors are responsible for leaving a clean area at closing.
7. All vendors shall exhibit professional manners always.
8. Spaces shall be assigned by the Westville Lions Club
9. Collected fees go towards advertising, equipment, maintenance, and other items as decided upon by the Westville Lions Club.
10. The Westville Lions Club reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave at any time for not following the above guidelines, or for any threat to safety or security of our members and fair attendees.
11. I understand that spaces are outside spaces, and that I am responsible for providing my own canopy or tent and any displays including tables.
12. I understand that this vendor fee is non-refundable due to my inability to attend for any personal reason. It is also non-refundable for weather related or other natural disasters.
