June 21st & 22nd Craft Vendor Market

1.             As a vendor I understand I must be fully set up by 10:00am on 6/21/25.  I understand that I must remain set up and open the following times: 10am – 5pm unless approved to shut down early by a Lions Club member.  I understand that I may be open earlier or close later at my discretion.

2.             The Westville Lions Club, Zamberletti Park, the Village of Westville, or any connected entities assume no responsibility for theft, or any damages that may occur due to storm or other incident.

3.             I understand that my vendor fee for my space must be paid by June 1, 2025- (no exceptions) to secure my spot. I understand that if my fee is not paid, another vendor may be allowed in my place. I understand that fee is $25/per 10x10 space.

4.             All product is to be displayed in a clean and safe manner. I understand I am responsible for bringing/setting up my own tents, tables, displays, etc. The Westville Lions Club is not responsible for providing assistance with setup in any fashion/manner.

5.             All vendors shall exhibit professional manners always.

6.             Spaces shall be assigned by the Westville Lions Club

7.             Collected fees go towards advertising, equipment, maintenance, and other items as decided upon by the Westville Lions Club.

8.             The Westville Lions Club reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave at any time for not following the above guidelines, or for any threat to safety or security of our members and event attendees.

9.             I understand that this vendor fee is non-refundable due to my inability to attend for any personal reason. It is also non-refundable for weather related or other natural disasters.

10.          No vehicles will be allowed in the park between the hours of 10am-5pm unless accompanied by a Westville Lions Club member or member of law enforcement (with the exception of first responders)
